Using the most modern CAD/CAM systems and a wide database of successfully used drawings, our team of engineers is in constant co-operation with OEMs and users in the research of new solutions and special materials.

Application Engineering
Thanks to a century of experience in the filtration sector and to an extensive knowledge of the available fibres, we can select the most appropriate filter media to achieve long term performance, dust-emission and pressure drop as required from the process. Fibres table.

Tests on filter bags and various filters
In our laboratory (Novate Milanese) we can test new and used products to verify their mechanical and physical characteristics and their permeability; we can therefore assess the state of deterioration of the filter media and of products:

• Tensile strength test
• Analyses of deterioration of fibres because of chemical attack

Installation
Complete installation on filters of bags, pockets and cloths for filter presses.

Test with fluorescent powders
On request we can provide on site tests with special fluorescent powders to reveal leaks of dust in the bags or along the metallic joints of the filters.
